How much does shipping cost?

Standard Delivery is complimentary, whereas Expedited Delivery is available for a fee of $20.

Which shipping carrier is used?

For our logistics services we have selected UPS and FEDEX carriers as our partners. Professional logistics providers can protect your goods and thus minimise the loss of merchandise.

We offer free shipping for the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom,Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain,Poland, Sweden,Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan,Thailand, Malaysia,Philippines,Vietnam.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We guarantee the quality of our products upon shipment. If you receive a damaged item, please visit the 'Process Warranty' section to submit a warranty claim. Our team will respond within 48 hours. Review our refund policy for details regarding refunds or replacements.

How long does delivery take and When will my order ship out?

After receiving an order, merchants usually process the order information within 100 hours, but we will process your order quickly so that customers have a better purchasing experience! If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly. For the United States and Canada orders we have our own overseas warehouse for delivery, logistics time can be more advantageous, other countries and regions will be shipped from China, the specific logistics time can be referred to our logistics shipping policy.

Can I request a specific date or time slot for my delivery to arrive?

Regrettably, we are presently unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

How do I cancel my order?

How can I confirm the success of my order?

How long will it take to receive my refund after returning the product?

Once our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you can expect it to reflect in your account within approximately 3 business days.

Can I obtain an invoice for my order?

After I place an order, how do I change the delivery address?

Once the order has been confirmed, the designated delivery address cannot be changed after the logistics have been dispatched (however, you can change the delivery address for you within 12 hours of placing the order through our customer service).

Are there any other additional fees?

No, we maintain transparency in our pricing structure. There are no hidden processing fees or additional charges apart from the standard product price. (For the US, Mexico and Canada markets, product pricing is inclusive of taxes.) However, expedited delivery incurs a fee of $20, while standard delivery is provided free of charge.
